Agreement to Terms

1. By accessing or using our bike rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

  Booking and Rental

1. Renters must be at least 18 years old to qualify for bike rental.

2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

3. Rentals are subject to availability and may require advance reservation.

4. Rental rates and fees will be clearly communicated prior to the completion of your booking.

5. You are responsible for returning the rented bike in the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

6. Any damage to the bike incurred during the rental period will be your responsibility and may result in additional charges.

  Safety and Liability

1. You agree to operate the rented bike in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

2. You acknowledge that bicycling involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the rented bike.

3. We strongly recommend wearing a helmet and other appropriate safety gear while riding.

4. We disclaim any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the rented bike.

  Cancellation and Refunds.

1. Cancellations made within the specified time frame may qualify for a full or partial refund as outlined below.

2. Under profile section make sure to add the payment details like UPI or Bank details. This will help us to process your refunds faster.

3. Cancellations processed through the app are eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Any changes to the cancellation fee will be communicated via email and app notifications.

4. Users will have the option to select a refund method through the app, such as Wallet, UPI, or Bank Transfer.                                       
5. Processing a refund and depositing the amount into the customer's UPI ID or bank account may take 5-6 working days. However, refunds to a wallet typically take up to 1 day to process.

6. Cancellation charges will be applied to the actual amount of the booking and not to the security deposit.

7. No-shows or cancellations made outside the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund. Any security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after the trip is either completed or cancelled.

  Intellectual Property

1. All content associated with our bike rental services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alqaswah Rental Ride and is protected by copyright laws.

2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without obtaining prior written consent from us

  Changes to Terms

1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change will be made at our sole discretion.
